Wow, your employees are great! I just want to thank them and your company for helping me get rid my gold. I went to a couple pawn shops and jewelry stores and they could not match what Gold Buyers at the Mall offered. The manager could not be more helpful, he gave me $912! Thank You!

I am a 76 year old woman and have been taken advantage of before, but Tom your manager here is great! he spent 20 minutes with me going over the entire process and really made me feel comfortable and helped me see and understand the process. You guys turned my "junk" into $880! and I cant say enough about how helpful he was. I told everyone in my retirement community to go see Tom. The other gold buyer (at the other end of the mall) tried to take advantage of me. I just want to thank you we called the better business bureau and gave you a good report. We have been dealing with the other dealer in the mall for years and always thought we were getting slighted... well we were. Your manager showed us exactly how the testing process goes and how our jewelry is worth what it was. He let us use his laptop to see the Gold Buyers at the Mall company website, and see what you are all about. It made me feel very comfortable and really surprised my mom that your company and staff really do care about the customer! Your manager did not take the gold bullion U.S. coin from us, he told us we could get far more from a coin collector, and that he couldn't melt that coin - it's that kind of honesty and care for your customers that will make your company great! I know I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS STORE, And you will get my business from now on, in fact I am bringing my jewelry box in today. My grandchild took me to the mall yesterday because I saw a bunch of your flyers in my retirement community. I talked to two other people here who said they had a great experience. Let me tell you I was amazed at how detailed and helpful your manager was! He made me feel at ease and he explained every thing to 'little old me'. You guys turned my gold into $245! I was amazed, so was my grandbaby - he weighed her necklace and offered her $120 and she took it! We were both amazed, and will definately tell our friends and everyone at the retirement community about your store. Thanks again!
